It is one of the largest sanitary ceramic production regions in the country, with an annual output accounting for roughly 40% of China's total sanitary ceramic production . The city is also a national leader in smart sanitary ware — industry consensus holds that about one in every three smart toilets made in China is produced in Chaozhou , and products from the region are exported to more than 130 countries and regions worldwide .
Guangdong province as a whole has formed a "core cluster + supporting production areas" structure centered on Foshan, Chaozhou and Jiangmen Kaiping, completing a fully localized chain from raw materials and hardware fittings to mold making, finished product manufacturing and testing certification . Metal forming & welding
incoming boards and steel coils are inspected for thickness, density, surface finish and coating before entering the warehouse.

CNC panel saws and laser cutting keep tolerances tight so doors align and drawers run smoothly.

All exposed edges are sealed, which is the single most important step for moisture resistance.

for stainless steel units, bending, welding, grinding and polishing produce smooth, seamless, burr-free bodies.

hinge holes, drawer slides, handles and connector fittings are positioned with jigs to guarantee consistency across batches.
